Thanksgiving
Thanks and praise is the only food we can offer unto our God. God appreciates our sincere thanksgiving; Philippians 4:6 explains that we should let our thanksgiving be more than our supplications. Give thanks to God for the grace to see another day and for the opportunity to witness another week. With faith, thank Him for all he will do in the week.
A sincere thanksgiving can open incredible doors, the spiritual door of the new week, without making any request. Make appreciation a culture and watch multiple doors of greatness open for you. Before you request God, sincerely thank Him for what he has done and has yet to do.
Commitment
God is the Alpha and Omega, the maker of heaven and earth. He knows what will happen tomorrow as the master planner of our lives. He knows who we are and what we’ll become. Thinking we can do everything by ourselves without the knowledge of our creator is ignorance. God knows our desire, but He wants us to ask. Asking God or committing things into his hands is a sign of acknowledgment.
When you commit Monday morning into God’s hands, you acknowledge him for who He is to you. It is a sign of surrendering to God to take charge of your activities for the week.
